Payment

Aerofit.dk accepts payment with:

Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners Club.
Additionally we accept payments with PayPal and Danske Netbetaling.








Your payment will only be withdrawn from your account, when your product is shipped.

All prices are in DKK. Danish Crowns and include Tax.

Aerofit.dk uses an approved payment server, which encrypts your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means, that no one can access your information.

 

Delivery

Shipments from Aerofit.dk are handled by Post Denmark.

It takes 4-5 weekdays until you receive your package. (Within Denmark).

 

Warranty

We provide 2 years of warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act. Our warranty covers any faults in material and/or fabrication.

The warranty does not cover faults or damages that are a result of incorrect use of the product.

We do not accept shipments sent by Cash on Delivery.

 

Refunds

If a refund is agreed upon, we kindly ask you send your bank information, so we can transfer the agreed upon amount.

 

Right of Cancellation

We give 14 days of full right of cancellation on products bought in our webshop.
The 14 days are from the day, where you receive your order.

Please note: You are responsible for any shipping fees and costs if you return the product.

You must inform us of your cancellation within the 14 days and after this you have 14 additional days to return the shipment.

You must inform us via mail on cpo@aerofit.dk. In the mail you must explicitly inform us, that you wish to use your right of cancellation.

The state of the product, when you return it
You are responsible for reduction in the products value, which is a result of other use, than what is necessary to evaluate the products kind, properties and how it is used. In other words – you may try the product in the same way you would, if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the product is used in other ways, than what is described above, we consider the it used, which means that you will only get your purchase partially refunded or not at all, depending on the products commercial value.

This means, that in order to receive a full refund, you may do the same to try the product as you would in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.

 

Confidentiality Policy

Our business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. We will not disclose any information about customers/users to any third party, unless it is necessary to complete the transaction. We will NOT sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or any other personal data to any third party without your explicit permission.
